Positive: Location was perfect for what we needed, as we went to the fake festival. Was ok to get your head down for a couple of nights.

Negative: Had to wait 20 minutes after ringing host for access to property, she said if i knew what time you were checking in i would be here. Nothing on booking form to say you need to. Just says check in between 3 and 10pm.we did get there around 9pm as its a 2hr drive and I finished work late. Not a very homely environment, the room is very small, containing a bed, wardrobe, chair and table. The bed was ok, although 1 very thin pillow each is not adequate. It is a shared bathroom, which is ok. You get one hand towel in your room to use, we stayed 2 nights so no chance of a shower. The bathroom itself is ok, i saw a couple of insects, the flush button on toilet is broken, a dirty towel behind the door and the shelf fell off the wall. Also no mirror, which we found really bizarre. The constant chirping of the smoke alarm was annoying, needs a new battery i guess, but did disturb our sleep.. A very strange layout of the place, but is ok for somewhere to crash for a couple of nights. Paid £92 for 2 nights, but it is basically just a very small bedroom.. We were told we could use the kitchen, which was downstairs, we looked but didn't use. Access is secure, with coded entry. Not sure if parking is available as i parked on the street, but it is permit holders Monday to Friday until 6pm,so we were lucky.
