Positive: Cottage was very clean and comfortable .very spacious..tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard .

Negative: The location is far from relaxing .a very busy main road is right next to the properties fence...constant loud traffic noise..and pollution making it impossible to spend any time in the garden area or hot tub ..heavy traffic from early morning until after 11 ish at night..we did use the hot tub one evening but were dissapointed as only half the jets were working and also its not the best weve been in..jets not very powerful..there is a pub which is very close with a beer garden and childrens play area so there was additional noise from there .its close enough to hear people conversations .and as the evenings progressed it got louder ..so basically spending time outside was impossible .thankfully we had taken a cd player with us so evening times playing music helped drone out the traffic noise.. Our little break away was something much needed after a few months of sadness and loss...we had planned on just chilling out and recharging our batteries.. reading the description details ect regarding the cottage we believed that this would be perfect for us...there is nothing 8n the information about the busy road or pub Our last evening we had a visit from the *caretaker* informing us that there was a problem with the drains and that a veicle would be arriving that evening..access to the drain ect was in our patio area ..and the pump would be coming over the fence from the lorry parked on the other side of the fence...so our privacy was invaded and what should have been a special evening for us was ruined as we were unable to relax ..no blindd or screening in the kitchen dining area...so we were unable to dine in there ..when the pump.had done its job...the viecle remained parked on the other side of the fence .lights blaring and the driver and *caretaker* continued to chat away for a fair amount of time. Withiout being notified another workman turned up the next morning .again a invasion whom revealed so called caretaker was the owner !

Summary: Very misleading description.far from quiet and relaxing .windows have to remain closed due noise
