Relaxing and quiet 2 bedroom holiday property 5 minutes from Penzance. Located on the Kenegie manor grounds. Ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle. Lots of nearby beaches, shops and restaurants. 15 minute drive to St Ives and 10 mins to St Michael Mount.
A swimming pool, tennis courts, bar/restaurant, kids putting facilities are available and payable locally.

The property has its own parking and overlooks fields at the rear
The property is an 'upside down' layout - so the open plan kitchen and lounge is on the top floor. This means the area is wonderfully bright and light. There is a parking space to the rear of the property but also an overflow car park can be used if more than one vehicle needs to park.
The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two singles.
The bathroom has a shower, please note there is no bath.
The property has a smart and well equipped kitchen.
The lounge area has a 32 inch smart TV, dvd player and small selection of DVD's.
Please note I employ a professional cleaning company to clean, provide the linen and towels. I am extremely particular when it came to choosing our cleaning company.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the regular utensils, microwave, kettle, fridge, hob and oven.
Guest access
The property is located just 10-15 minute drive away from St Ives. Numerous shops and beaches are available within a 10-15 minute drive.
St Michael's mount is a 10 minute drive away.
I have a lot of restaurant recommendations so don't be afraid to ask me!
Other things to note
There is a £30 charge payable to the site directly at reception for a 7 day facilities pass which grants 4 people access to the leisure facilities which include indoor pool, sauna, tennis courts and a childrens golf putting green. The swimming pool and bar are open from the 19th of February.
Please note if you book for a stay before these dates the bar and pool fascilities will be closed.
The tennis courts are open and free to use throughout the year.
Wifi is available through the kenegie manor website and is paid directly on their app (please ask me if you need more details on this)
I don't take bookings for check in on Friday and Saturday - this is because the roads are too busy for my customers! I don't want you to be sat on the roads for hours in traffic! You are welcome to check in Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday!
