Positive: The rooms are really spacious and comfy and all the staff are absolutely lovely, so helpful and friendly.

Negative: Room service? You have to order, wait and bring the food up to the room yourself. (Not great when I am traveling alone with a 2 and 4 year old.) The swimming pool, after a long awaited re-opening. Couldn’t find any change room facilities (with 2 excited young children) still very dated and the finish of exposed tile adhesive and miss matched patched tiles lets it down after a supposed refurbishment.

Summary: For the deal I got the kids loved it and the location for me is amazing.
