Large mature garden, BBQ, plenty of parking and secure bike storage. Three bedrooms, cast iron bath and shower in separate bathrooms. Conservatory with magnificent views, also views from all windows and especially from the bedrooms. Detached and private with footpaths / cycle paths practically from the door. Wifi internet and satellite tv. Inglenook fireplace, leather sofas, wooden floors, central heating, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Just under 3 miles to the historic town of Dolgellau with wonderful eating places / cafes and within walking distance of the Cross Foxes pub along public footpath.
