Positive: Lovely, large bedroom house in a very nice, quiet close. All 3 bedrooms are spacious but the master/en-suite bedroom is HUGE, I've stayed in studio apartments smaller! 3 bathrooms, en-suite with shower, bathroom with tub and a downstairs toilet. Talk about a home away from home, the kitchen is better equipped than my own at home lol. Didn't make use of the cooking facilities but oven and microwave available as well as a dishwasher. Cleaning items along with dishwasher tablets and washing detergent included which is a lovely touch, as it's a pain in the butt having to buy whole packs for a short stay. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage, both efficient and fast which was handy when in a rush on checkout morning. Large back garden, too cold to make use of it but a nice space with ample seating, would be lovely on a warm day. Plenty seating downstairs with a large dining room attached to the living room, ideal if you're a large family. I only used the master bedroom but can say the bed was very comfortable with firm and soft pillows to choose from. One of the best and most appreciated touches for a rental was the extremely detailed, in depth welcome pack which included manuals for every single appliance along with very helpful instructions for everything you could possibly think of! Keys were easy to collect from a pin coded lock box. I was a few minutes late for checking out so the lovely cleaner had already arrived and was kind and patient in waiting for me to leave. Overall, a delightful place to stay and will be my go-to for future family visits

Negative: Nothing to dislike about the property but do be careful where you park as an irate neighbour told my family member off. There is a driveway with space for 2 cars but my visiting family member was not aware it was available for our use. Completely our fault but the neighbour did continue to complain even after several apologies which was a little upsetting having been at a funeral that day. Again, totally our fault! And no bearing on the property but do ensure to be considerate to the neighbours and don't block them in (sorry again, neighbour!)
