They access the garden only via the side entrance and at no point enter the main house or interact with guests. This is a pre arranged, authorised visit that forms part of our standard property upkeep, so please don't be alarmed if you notice them working in the garden during your stay. No action or engagement is needed from guests.

Head upstairs to the first floor to find the remaining bedrooms. A double room comes with its own private ensuite bathroom. A bunk-bed room and a further single room share a family bathroom on the same floor. This keeps things practical and easy even with a full group. A further WC sits on the ground floor.
Step outside and the property continues to impress. Secure off street driveway parking for 4 to 5 cars is available on site at no additional cost. A lovely back garden completes the picture.
Guests have exclusive access to the property throughout their stay. There is no shared living space and no host or other guests present. Two rooms are reserved and kept locked and are not part of the let. One sits off the ground floor hallway and one is a bedroom on the first floor.
