The bright and spacious interior is the perfect place to hang out and relax. Tastefully decorated, featuring comfortable furnishings and modern appliances, the house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen/living space and a utility room. The bedrooms feature comfortable double size beds, made up with crisp hotel linen, as well as plenty of storage space for clothes. Therer at 2 modern bathrooms, both with showers, and one also including a bath tub.
The living space is perfect for unwinding and putting your feet up, with comfortable sofas, a smart Tv and plenty of space for family, travel buddies or work colleagues. There are large glass doors that lead out to the generous garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including a fridge/freezer, oven, cooker and washing machine. There are cooking utensils and crockery, cutlery pots and pans etc...everything you need to cook meals at home, plus a dining table to enjoy the fruits of your labour.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the entire house.

A quiet and safe neighbourhood with a community feel. There is a large park just around the corner and supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all within a 5 minute walk. Birmingham city centre is just a 15 minute drive or taxi ride away.

Getting Around:
The train station is just a 5minute walk away, with just a short journey to central Birmingham. If you are driving it will take you less than 15 mins to reach the city centre.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
