The kitchen is fully equipped, so you'll have everything you need to prepare meals. We have two cosy bedrooms for you to enjoy. One has great views of local landmarks like the Uny Pumping Engine House, Carn Brea Castle, and the Basset Monument. The other bedroom looks out onto the back garden. The bathroom is spacious and has a large shower, making it easy to get ready in the morning or unwind at the end of the day. If you're in the mood for some quiet time, our conservatory is a nice spot to sit and read or just enjoy the natural light. Outside, you'll find a private entrance and a front yard. The back garden has a dining area, so you can enjoy meals outdoors when the weather is nice.

We operate a self-check in with a key available from a loaded lock-box on arrival. The check-in time is 3pm and departure time is 11am.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
