Positive: We stayed at Parkside House with our family of five for just over a week in early December and had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. The house was well set up with all the amenities we needed for a longer visit — a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good heating (much appreciated in winter), and enough space for everyone to relax. The location was a real highlight. Being right by Regent’s Park made it easy to explore London on foot, and we found it very convenient for public transport, sightseeing, restaurants, and shops. It felt like a calm residential pocket while still being close to everything. Frankie was a wonderful host throughout our stay — always checking in to make sure everything was okay and very responsive and available if we needed anything. Thankfully, no issues came up, but it was reassuring to know support was there if needed.

Summary: Overall, it was a great base for experiencing London as a family, and we would happily stay here again.
