Positive: The location is great. Close to the station and near the centre but quiet. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great to have an opportunity to buy drinks and snacks and all were not at inflated prices. The breakfast had an excellent choice of food, hot & cold and as vegetarians we had plenty of choice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would return if we were in Reading again

Negative: The cleaners were quite loud chatting outside our door in the morning, but that didnt spoil our stay. It was just a bit of a rude awakening!!

Summary: Great location, friendly and helpful staff, great value.
