Summary: Stay was okay. Staff were very nice and helpful. However, from our experience the heating in most of the rooms was not working as we had stayed 2 days before this visit and this was the 3rd room we had stayed in without heating. Fan heaters were provided but had to be requested only after we discovered the problem.
