This is a magnificent, newly built two-bedroom apartment close to both Teignmouth’s Main and River Beaches, as well as the town centre, railway station and main route to Exeter, Torbay and Dartmoor. The fourth floor, south-facing apartment has secure gated entry and lifts. Two dedicated parking spaces and electric car charging point. Spectacular views over both the sea and the River Teign towards Dartmoor.
This newly built apartment has two double bedrooms - one with king-size double bed and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and toilet, and the other with twin beds, plus a king-size sofa bed in the spacious living room. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, large basin and toilet. The living area is open plan with dining, plenty of seating, 65" smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with integrated fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer.
Large bi-fold doors open out on to the balcony which is 7 metres wide and has plenty of comfortable outside seating from which the fabulous views can be enjoyed.
The property is next to a railway line so there is some noise during the day but trains do not run overnight. A great location for watching the steam trains that regularly pass-through Teignmouth during the spring and summer seasons.
Teignmouth sits at the mouth of the river Teign and has two beaches, the Main Beach, which is perfect for swimming and sunbathing, as well as the characterful River or Back Beach which is bustling with fishing boats, water sports, bars, pubs and restaurants offering fresh seafood or fish and chips. It is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the fantastic views of the estuary and the fabulous sunsets. Teignmouth has good rail connections to London, Birmingham and Manchester. A traditional seaside town with its Georgian architecture, Victorian Pier, Promenade, Lido, Bowls, Skate Park and award-winning Children’s Play Park and Crazy Golf. The Pavilions has regular theatre and cinema performances as well as Comedy Club, Dance and Children’s activities.
