Situated on the first floor of a part of a Victorian gentleman's house, at the top of a hill with views of Lake Windermere and Claife Heights. One of only four flats in the building. Conveniently located in a quiet location, 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bowness, with it's wide selection of restaurants, pubs and shops, 8 minutes from the lake cruise jetty. One mile from Windermere railway station, so no car needed. The apartment backs onto National Trust land, 100 metres from the start of the Dalesway long distance footpath, with a variety of walks from the doorstep. There are two bedrooms, a double and a single. The flat has a modern kitchen and a shower room refitted in 2018. It features gas central heating, wifi and has off street parking for two cars. Please note that the walk from the village is steep, though there is a gentler route up via Langrigg Drive. The corridor to the kitchen has three unguarded steps ( see photo). No pets allowed.
