Almost right next to the Wimbledon Park, our home is located in a lovely neighbourhood filled with lovely parks, restaurants, and cafes, nearby the Wimbledon Village. Tennis fans will love living less than 10 minutes from where the Wimbledon Tennis Championships takes place.
## Transit
About 180m from the apartment, the Wimbledon Park tube station is only a 1-2 minute walkaway. From there Central London is just minutes away.

Please note we do charge a £30 late check-in fee between 10 PM and 12 AM and £50 between 12 AM and 7 AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe 😊 There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
- Parking is only allowed for 1 car and park in bay 24.
- The parking permit must be displayed in the car window AND left in the kitchen when checking out
- We must be notified if tenants want to use the parking spot by sending me the car registration, make a model and duration (dates) of when they will be parked in bay 24.
- Failure to do so will resort in an automatic £100 per day penalty issued via a PCN to the car owner.
- Nothing can be left on the patio of the property, or the estate manager will dispose of this, including clothes etc.
