Located on Gilly gate, one of the popular streets of York, with restaurants, shops and bars within a minutes' walk. It's the perfect spot, if you are wanting a luxury studio apartment to relax in after a long day exploring the beautiful city of York. Just a few minutes stroll from York's biggest attractions. Guildhall gardens is on the ground floor of Portland House, which can be hired as the whole house or as 5 separate studio apartments. You will instantly notice the quirky layout of the apartment, you will find a King size bed with a separate seating area with a patio doors leading onto the courtyard, A further dressing table and dining table to seat up to 2 guests, perfect for eating any type of meal, whether it be a takeaway ordered from one of York's variety of take out restaurants or a home cooked meal. A large flat screen TV perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. The kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances and utensils you could need to make a simple meal, including a cooker, microwave, electric kettle etc. There is a also a washing machine for full use whilst you stay, The shower room consists of modern tiling throughout, a large walk in shower with toilet and sink. Sleeping 2 Guests, this studio apartment has it all.. Free high speed WI-FI is provided throughout the apartment for the duration of your stay.
