Portreath is a former fishing village nestled in a valley between Perranporth and Hayle. It has a beautiful secluded, soft fine sand and shingle beach, backed by rugged cliffs on one side and the harbour on the other, making it popular with families and surfers alike.

For breathtaking views, the coast path, in either direction, is a must and is within minutes of this property.

Once the sea air has worked its magic there are beach front cafes, pubs and restaurants to satisfy all tastes - all within walking distance.

Lively Newquay is approximately 15 miles away to the north with St Ives 15 miles to the south with all other visitor attractions within easy reach.

At Gulls Roost you are just 50 yards from having your feet in the sand.

The kitchen has all the appliances you need to enjoy your holiday, including an electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer.

The back door leads on to a small courtyard.

Dining Room

The dining room has a table with five chairs and the dining room enjoys incredible sea views, together with a small display cabinet with radio on top.

Shower room

The ground floor Shower room is fitted with a large modern shower cubicle, WC, basin and heating towel rail.

First Floor

Bedroom 1

The master bedroom has French doors leading to a conservatory with conservatory furniture where you can enjoy uninterrupted sea views.

This bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.

A flat screen TV is also provided with Freeview.

The landing has a small separate toilet.

Bedroom 2

This twin bedded room has two single beds, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. There is a portable flat screen TV with Freeview.
