Located in the centre of Edinburgh in a traditional Victorian townhouse, directly across from Haymarket Train Station and only a 20 minute walk from Princes Street. The famous Old Town, The Royal Mile and The Water of Leith are easily reached by foot or a short bus ride away.
The Space:
We have various room types in the hotel which are all elegantly decorated deep blue and yellow, providing guests with the perfect comfort.
Our deluxe room is beautifully decorated, with wooden flooring throughout the bright and spacious space. This room provides guests with the perfect comfort for their stay. The room has a double bed with a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, a kettle, and a fridge to suit your needs.
Free toiletries, towels and linen are provided in all rooms.
There is no reception as the hotel uses a very easy self check-in and check-out system. You also have access to our communal area, with seating and free coffee for you to enjoy.
The kitchen and garden area is unfortunately out of use at the moment, we are very sorry for the inconvenience.
