Beautiful 3 bedroom terrace house on the top of Bransty hill with uninterrupted sea views. It is Victorian/vintage styled house with all original period decorations, including open fireplace for use in winter. Modern kitchen and bathroom. There is a lovely garden with patio and an access to the large field. Views of Isle of Man are great. It is 5 min walk to Whitehaven harbour and shops including large Tesco. It is 30 min Drive to Ennerdale lake and 40 min drive to Keswick. Ideal for C2C.
The space
The house is located at the top of Bransty hill in Whitehaven with beautiful sea views. It is 3 bedroom house. Large bedroom has a king-size bed with very comfortable mattress. Two other bedrooms have single beds. All the rooms are vintage/Victorian style with all the original decorations.
There is large living/dining area with open fireplace (not in use in summer). Mahogany dinning table with vintage Royal Albert dining set (microwave safe) and display cabinets with vintage China sets. There is also 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs and smart TV. Antique record player can be used by guests with plenty of vintage records to choose from.
Large kitchen with an induction hob and electric oven. Ceramic sink, breakfast bar, microwave, kettler, toaster, vacuum cleaner, small fridge and freezer. There is a washing machine and a dryer (free to use). Bathroom has a bath and shower.
At the back of the property there are back door and yard. Garage and lovely garden with the access to the back field. Ideal for dogs and kids to play. The field has beautiful views of Whitehaven harbour and Isle of Man. The garden can be accessed crossing a back road.
At the front of property there is a road and free parking. Garage available for bike or motorcycle storage 🚲🚲.

The bins and recycling is collected every 2 weeks on Friday morning hence a host will require an access to the yard on Thursday evening to put the bin out for collection.
