Positive: The reception staff were friendly and efficient, the whole place was spotlessly clean, the room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. We noticed that the breakfast room had been updated, from what we remembered when we'd stayed two years ago and was now very modern and, again, spotlessly clean. The two staff members on breakfast duty, William and Yi(I think), were so helpful and attentive, they really impressed us.

Negative: The only slight downside was that our room was on the side of the by-pass, so there was traffic noise but the fact that reception had been able to place us very near to the lift because both of us struggle a little with walking far, really made up for it.
