Summary: Nice room, but no aircon. There was a ceiling fan directly above the bed - but the room was stuffy and hot. Didn't want to sleep in a ground floor room with patio doors open. In the middle of summer, wouldn't expect to have a 10.5 tog quilt on the bed.
