Getting Around:
Parking: Private driveway parking for 3 cars, just outside the garden. No EV charger available.
Train: Tring station is around 3 miles away (approx. 8 minutes by car), with direct trains to London Euston taking around 40 minutes.
Road: The A41 is approx. 5–10 minutes away, with the M25 (Junction 20) approx. 20 minutes by car. Wendover and Aylesbury are also close by.
A car is recommended: the barn is in a rural hamlet. Taxis and delivery drivers can struggle to find it, so give them the name on the sign, Honeybuzz Barn, and the full address.
Other Things to Note:
• The sign at the entrance reads Honeybuzz Barn. Please use this name for taxis and food deliveries.
• There is no phone signal at the property. Please save your arrival instructions before setting off; Wi-Fi is available inside the barn.
• Check-in after 9pm is only possible with prior approval, and the path to the entrance is not lit at night.
• Please do not overfill the freestanding bath in the master bedroom. Water on the floor will damage it, especially when getting in and out.
• Two bedrooms are upstairs, reached by stairs. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor.
• Parking is for a maximum of 3 cars.
• The owners live next door.
• Pets: by prior approval only.
• Early check-in and late check-out: the barn needs a full clean between stays, so these are rarely possible and cannot be guaranteed. For confirmed bookings we offer discounted extensions (an extra night before or after your stay).
• Parties, stag and hen groups are not permitted.
• Rubbish: excessive waste left at the property may incur a charge at checkout.
• Neighbours: please respect the owners next door and the local area. No loud music, parties or excessive noise.

Interaction with Guests:
Available for questions and support by email, by messaging on the booking platform and by phone. We usually reply within an hour between the hours of 8am-10pm.
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, parties, stag dos, hen parties and large celebrations are strictly not permitted. Any bookings found to be in breach of this policy may be cancelled without notice.
The lead guest must be aged 25 or over to make a booking and stay at the property. Prior to arrival, all guests are required to complete our pre-arrival verification process, including ID checks and agreement to our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that do not meet these requirements.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere within the property, including stairways, hallways, bedrooms and bathrooms. A charge of £250 will apply if there is any evidence of smoking.
Access to the property is limited to the guests included on the booking, unless prior consent has been granted. For bookings made on behalf of others, full guest details must be provided in advance of check-in.
Lost keys and any required lock changes will be charged accordingly. Collecting keys before the agreed check-in time, or returning them after the 10am check-out time without prior arrangement, will incur a charge of £25 per hour (or part thereof), due to disruption to the cleaning schedule.
