The Space:
Marrion House has a bright and spacious open plan living and dining area. The perfect spot to unwind with your loved ones, you can cosy up on the large sofa and turn on the flat screen TV to watch your favourite shows. The dining area includes a wooden table and four chairs.
Traditional in style, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware so you can prepare meals easily.
The bungalow has two comfortable bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature plush bedding and premium bed linens to ensure you have a great night’s sleep. The master bedroom is home to a double bed, while the second bedroom is a twin. There is ample storage space for your belongings with wardrobes and drawers.
Head to the family bathroom and you’ll find a clean, modern space with a corner walk-in shower, WC and basin.
Marrion House boasts an outdoor space in the form of a south-facing paved area. With a dining table and chairs, the garden is an added bonus that is ideal for morning coffees, evening tipples and al fresco dining.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Marrion House are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check in.
Private on-site parking is available for up to two vehicles.
A maximum of two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Marrion House per reservation.
