The house is an old English house, that has been modernised, so there are characteristic quirks to the building.
Please remember that you're staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
Access to the house will be via Private Entrance, after pulling up to your FREE Large Private Driveway which accommodates up to 2 cars, however, on-street parking is free. You will be sent a door code for self check-in to the property.
PLEASE NOTE: AT THE TIME OF YOUR BOOKING, please let us know your sleeping arrangements ASAP (i.e. how many separate beds and rooms you will need). Folding beds and Sofa Beds are available.
PLEASE NOTE: Subject to availability, extended Check-in and Check-out is available. The fees are £20 for the 1st Hour, then and additional £10 for every subsequent hour. Extended Check-in and Check-out must be requested and approved as early as possible. Late Check-out will be charged similarly.
PLEASE NOTE: The back area of the garden is barked. Dining Table seats 6 - 8. The Hot Tub takes some time to either heat the cold water or fill with hot water.
