Positive: The location is brilliant, and the every single member of staff we encountered were a credit to the hotel. It is very quirky, fun and vibrant. We didn't experience noise issues, and the bed was comfortable and clean. The jazz bar underneath was a delight.

Negative: Just be aware that when you book the petite rooms, they really are TINY. For two people, it got quite uncomfortable to move around - especially in the little shower. We knew it would be small when we booked, but would really only recommend those rooms for single occupants.
