Positive: Location good, bed comfy

Negative: No phone in room as people next door making so much noise, shouting etc and TV loud, so had to go downstairs to complain, then it started again 4 hours later, if there was a phone, would not have to go downstairs!! When we came back to hotel from an early appointment, my husband wanted a shower, unfortunately there was no water and not informed of this so had to go downstairs again. My recommendation is not to put people next door to each other when the hotel is qyuiet.

Summary: Good but could have been excellent.
