Shepherds Spring Cottages are located in the delightful grounds of an 18th Century manor house, situated between the historic medieval town of Fordingbridge and the village of Godshill.
Cottage 1 has been tastefully converted into a comfortable, stylish, high standard accommodation, offering a secluded retreat in a peaceful location.The charming cottage spacious sleeps 6 people across 1 Double bedroom and 2 Twin rooms across 2 floors and has an Upstairs Shower/ WC Room and Downstairs Bath/ WC room. The Kitchen area has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and fridge-freezer and utensils. The large kitchen flows directly into the comfortable dining/living room which has everything you need to make yourself at home; a dining table for 6 people, lounge area with large sofa, armchair, flat screen TV and DVD player.
Downstairs includes a bathroom with bath, over bath shower, WC and shaver point and Bedroom 1 which as a large double bed. On the first floor is Bedroom 2 with twin single beds into eaves and Bedroom 3 with twin single beds into eaves, as well as a shower room with shower cubicle, basin & WC. On the landing is a storage cupboard with hanging rails, hoover, iron, ironing board, and airer.
Outside the cottage is an enclosed shingled sitting area. In addition, there is a secluded grassed BBQ garden with picnic tables. Ample off road parking. Your stay includes Bed linen, electricity, gas central heating and WiFi.
