Summary: Room was ok, but a bit run down and shabby bits that need repair. Excellent shower, but a very dodgy hairdryer. Room and bathroom not cleaned well. Hairs on bedding and in bath. Plenty of them. Staff, especially front of house, didn’t seem bothered and not welcoming. Room was freezing upon entry and radiator had to be turned on at reception. Took a couple of hours to become warmer. Please improve quality of sausages and eggs for breakfast, but will say that toast, hand and mushrooms were very good.
