Kirkham Cottage is a super semi-detached stone cottage, one of three set round a courtyard in the quiet Cleddau estuary village of Lawrenny. Beautifully renovated and comfortably furnished throughout, the front door at the rear of the cottage leads through the hall to the spacious open-plan living space, where traditional features have been retained to offer character with a vaulted ceiling and exposed A-frame beams. The cottage-style fitted kitchen with central island is well-equipped, enjoy meals round the dining table and cosy up on the leather sofas round the wood burning stove on chillier evenings. A door leads out to the rear, enclosed, garden with small lawn and 2 steps up to a raised deck area, a real sheltered spot and sun trap where you can enjoy a drink on a summer’s evening or dine alfresco. There is a useful utility room and cloakroom on the ground floor while stairs lead up to the two bedrooms and ensuite shower room in twin room above, while the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
