Just two miles from Sedbergh and within easy reach of The Lake District, the property offers a comfortable living room with dining area, two bedrooms and breathtaking countryside views of the valley and dramatic Howgill Fells. The property has been restored to provide spacious, comfortable accommodation with the fantastic addition of a patio area with furniture - ideal for relaxing on a hot summer day with a good book. With so many great amenities and attractions in the local area, visitors will be spoiled for choice.

At the centre of the dale is the settlement of Dent, also packed with picturesque cobbled streets – some of which have existed since Norman times. There are three golf courses in the vicinity as well as tennis, riding, and fishing facilities. For those who prefer a peaceful day rambling through the countryside, the area is a walker's paradise.
