Positive: It was a very sweet cottage in a good area with a lovely shared outside space. It was a great price.

Negative: Cold, needs tlc, smells damp, would be good to connect a WiFi dongle to the tv so you can use the WiFi and log into Netflix. Have to pay for WiFi and electricity so plan for an extra £35 ish. The bathroom has a bit of mold forming. One of the lounge windows does not have an privacy such as a curtain
