Positive: The cottage was immaculate and very comfortable (including the bed and pillows). It was really quiet at night, so for light sleepers like me, it was perfect. A lot of thought had been put into ensuring you had everything you might need during the visit, including some groceries and freshly baked cheese scones, which were very much appreciated. There are two different outdoor patio areas where you can sit outside and enjoy the evening sun. Our hosts (Phillip and Kathleen) couldn’t have been more helpful, and were more than happy to answer any queries. The area is an ideal location for exploring the Lizard peninsula and for going further west to Penzance and Lands End. The coast line can be explored with walks from the South West coast path.
