Summary: The shower sealant was mouldy. The shower had zero water pressure. The toilet roll holder wasn’t properly attached to the wall and fell off. The door to the bathroom wasn’t the right size and hit the floor when you tried to open it, which is dangerous. The door to the bathroom also didn’t close properly and could only be closed if it was locked.
The mattress was a box spring and clearly at the end of its life because we could feel every single spring throughout the night. The room lacked visible sockets for hair dryer or straighteners.
There was no box to leave the key in when checking out. There was no staff on th desk either so I had to email and phone to ensure the key was received back.

Summary: Parking was fine receptionist was lovely room looked clean with fresh bedding then when my husband moved 1 off the pillows there was a flea on the other pillow which he killed was full of blood on further inspection another 2 fleas where on the double bed we left next morning and did not stay for the full weekend that we booked

Summary: Outdated room, burn marks on the carpet, leaking radiator, room was cold. The toilet systern didn't flush nad also the the top of the systern was hitting the wall, rusty handles in bathroom.

Summary: Clean the worn out carpets and have staff on reception, we had to go looking for someone.
Very noisy and every door and lock rattled or banged which made it worse with the paper thin walls.
