Inside
Upon entering Llawnroc, you're greeted with a bright, airy hallway and natural wooden tones which wind their way throughout the house. This Widemouth Bay cottage has a contemporary reverse layout, with three of the four bedrooms on the ground floor as you enter. Here, you'll find a lovely master ensuite with super king bed. This room benefits from two sets of patio doors with access to the private garden, inviting in ample light. The second bedroom on this floor is a king ensuite and also enjoys patio doors leading onto the back garden. Lastly, there is a neat twin ensuite, as well as a downstairs WC.
The fourth bedroom is located upstairs and ideal as a children's room, consisting of two sets of bunk beds and an ensuite with bath tub. The rest of the upstairs space has an open plan living, kitchen and dining area, where families and friends can gather for meals and planning the day's adventures.
