Positive: The overall experience was good enough, but I'm an easy person to please, so I'll leave the details for everyone who definitely needs them. The location is good; it feels a bit sketchy at first, but the areas around are actually really pretty. There's a Tesco right next to the building, and good supermarkets, coffee shops, stores, and restaurants around. There definitely was enough toilet paper and a singular towel, but because of that, the floors got slippery after a shower, so be careful and/or ask for another towel. The bed is comfortable, and the room was big enough for me by myself. What I needed most was a private bathroom, which I got, but it's very small; I hit my elbow here and there, but it didn't bother me too much, but it might bother others. When calling them, the staff answered, but they never replied to messages. The bed is comfy, and my room was very well-lit during the day (I didn't have a view or a closet, though). There were a lot of free water bottles, snacks, and crisps available, as well as a kettle, sugar, tea, and coffee. The wifi worked, but at certain times it was slow.

Negative: I hadn't gotten any details about the check in 2 days in advance, so I sent a message and got no response after a day, but when I called, they answered. When I arrived, the self-check-in was easy. Then I got to the room, and everything looked really good and clean. Until the end of the day, when I opened the bed to go to sleep, to find a tissue in the sheets. I very much assumed that the sheets hadn't been changed, and I kept looking and found hair that definitely wasn't mine, but it was late at night, so I slept on top of the bed and decided to deal with it the next day. The bed was good, but I myself was uncomfortable. I definitely encourage complaining, but being the kind of person who likes to solve their own problem without having to wait indefinitely for help, I decided to wash the sheets myself the next day using the washing machine in the room, but I then realised there weren't any cleaning and laundry products, and I wasn't going to buy them myself. Thankfully, there's a washing and drying place right across the street, so I took care of everything there, and they were very nice. This was the only noticeable problem I encountered. Other than that, the room got naturally dusty, but I didn't have any cleaning products to take care of it. The walls are definitely not soundproof :D I also had a minor problem with the faucet; it provided cold water for a few seconds before only releasing really hot water. Overall, it was okay. As I said, I'm an easy person to please, and I don't mind fixing problems myself, but I know a lot of people who would be bothered. I had a private place to stay with a private bathroom, but the property needs to make sure someone is cleaning the rooms well, changing the sheets, and fixing all these small details. I'd recommend adding disposable kitchen utensils.
