Set in a prestigious and beautiful London square just off Earls Court Road with its many shops, restaurants, cafés and bars, this very well appointed two bedroom/one bathroom first floor apartment directly overlooks the garden square. Access to square is available to guests staying in this apartment courtesy of a swipe card which is given on arrival. Nearest tube station is Earls Court which is a 3-4 minute walk away.
The sitting room plus dining area and has very high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows giving the feeling of light and space in the apartment. Digital TV with multi- channels, DVD player, direct dial telephone with answering machine and unlimited wifi usage is included in the price.
The dining area with a table for four people is offset but integral to the reception area and further back is the fully equipped and well stocked kitchen with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave and a full compliment of utensils, glassware, pots and crockery.
The bathroom offers both bathtub and overhead shower.
The master bedroom, which is very quiet has a queen size bed and built-in wardrobes and the second bedroom has 2 single beds .

The owners of the building that you will be staying in had decided to commence refurbishment of the front façade of the building way back in August. Today, 12 October, there is still a scaffolding raised in the front of the building. I had been informed that they were going to complete the front renovation in the second half of October. It is apparent now, they had delays and the builders put down their tools due to the waiting time for a structural report from engineers, thus delaying the completion for further 2-3 weeks. The works may finish by 15 November however as we are not sure, this property offered with low price.
Important Information:
- Normal working hours will be 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
- You are not able to use the terrace at all. However you do have garden across the road that will not be affected.
- There will be scaffolding and workmen outside your windows! (Living room and the small bedroom ).
- The lockbox will have to be removed ( the keys will be delivered by the representative but the entrance hall will not be affected.
ALL the other flats in the building are owner occupied and I cannot imagine that any owner will move out just because the façade of the building is still being renovated so the building will not be empty.
