This lovely 3 bedroom home in the centre of Newton Ferrers is the perfect location for enjoying the river Yealm and local beaches.
A stone's throw from the Post Office, pub and Co Op, this light, airy house is the ideal place to stay with friends or family. The house is located in the heart of this picturesque village and is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful Yealm estuary and the surrounding South Devon countryside.
All the local amenities are very close by and a further two pubs are available in Noss Mayo, 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes when the tide is out.
There is parking right outside the house, however there is a 45 minute limit between 9am-6pm, but the parking attendant only visits about 5 times a year so maybe worth a gamble! Otherwise there is unrestricted parking in the adjacent road about 3 minutes away.
Guests have access to 2 stand up paddleboards (at home risk).
There are steps down into the garden so it's not really suitable for small children.
There are views of the river from the balcony & top floor windows.
