This lovely 3 bedroom home in the centre of Newton Ferrers is the perfect location for enjoying the river Yealm and local beaches.

All the local amenities are very close by and a further two pubs are available in Noss Mayo, 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes when the tide is out.
There is parking right outside the house, however there is a 45 minute limit between 9am-6pm, but the parking attendant only visits about 5 times a year so maybe worth a gamble! Otherwise there is unrestricted parking in the adjacent road about 3 minutes away.
