A velvet armchair and stools sit beside the glass overlook and there is a large black bookcase along the right-hand wall- providing a great spot to read and relax during your stay. There is also a desk with chair in one corner, as a work-space. LIVING ROOM The living room is spacious, with a large bay window, adorned with white shutters. There are two leather sofas, with a coffee table in the centre and a television to one side. Framed pictures hang on the walls. There is also a minimalist-style, decorative fireplace, with mirror above and French doors to the garden. GARDEN The garden includes a decking area, a lawn beyond and surrounding plants and trees. It is split level, with a few steps down to a further lawn area. KITCHEN AND DINING SPACE On the lower ground floor, is the kitchen and dining space, which is airy and light, with Parquet flooring throughout. The room comprises a seating area, with armchairs, sofa and a lamp, the kitchen itself and a dining table at the far end of the room. The kitchen is sleek and minimalist in style, with a long white island in the centre of the space. It is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay. The dining table is black, with surrounding chairs and sits in front of large French doors. This space offers wonderful double height ceilings, which connect up to the games room upstairs. Colourful artwork hangs on the walls. WC There is a WC and circular basin for convenience on this floor. UTILITY ROOM The utility room is down the corridor from the kitchen and includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. SECOND RECEPTION ROOM Also on this level is a snug room, perfect for relaxing with a good film! The room comprises a large corner leather sofa, framed artwork on the walls and a television opposite.
