Fully equipped, the home is good to enjoy your stay and easy to take public transports. This home is complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable! The Space: On the 5th floor and offering stunning views, we look forward to welcoming you to our home! Accessible via lift, the home has an enclosed balcony with views on the River Thames. On the 17th floor, there is a rooftop terrace! In the home, you will find a bedroom with walk-in closet and fresh hotel quality linen. A spacious living room with a sofa bed, TV with programming, dining table and modern kitchen. A full bathroom with towels and toiletries, and separate laundry room are also available. The home is also equipped with floor heating and air conditioning, adding to the luxurious and modern space. Beautiful warm interiors make the home feel comfortable. Tea and coffee is available. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire flat. Interaction with Guests: My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. The Neighborhood: The neighbourhood is great to explore during your stay! On Saturday Mornings, you can visit a Farmers Market which is located on Battersea High Street and York Road. If you're up for a beer tour, you can go to Sambrooks Brewery (just across the road!) which also has some delicious eats. Wimbledon is close by so you may catch some famous faces during the season. If you fancy a game of tennis, you can head to Battersea Park which has tennis courts. You can also rent Santander bicycles (just past the rail tracks near the flat). You can also head over to Clapham Junction, which has tons of great restaurants, pubs, shopping, and nightlife spots. Some of our favourite spots are: London House Restaurant (Lombard Road), Le QuecumBar (Jazz restaurant), The Woodman (Pizza with beer garden), and 606 Club (Jazz club across the River Thames). Northcote Road in Clapham Junction also has some great dining options. Just walking along the river is great and you can go quite a ways on either direction. There is also the Thames Clippers. You can access via the dock at Plantation Wharf which is about a 10 minute walk from the flat along the river past the heliport. Getting Around: The #170 bus which stops right in front of the building connecting you to central London and Clapham Junction station (Grant Road exit). Alternatively, Clapham Junction station is only a 12 minute walk away which has great transport links. Uber and taxis are readily available in London. Other Things to Note: Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM.
