The space is well thought out and finished to a modern and luxurious standard whilst still in keeping with the grand and charming characteristics of the original building. The property has many features we think you’ll love such as a large wet room with a rainfall shower, industrial sized bar, mood lighting, boiling water tap and much more!

As you enter the apartment you’ll find yourself right in the heart of the property which features a large open plan kitchen, living room and bar area. The Kitchen includes an island with beautiful granite worktops, plenty of storage and integrated appliances. You'll also find some basic supplies provided.

The living room and bar area is the perfect place to settle down, socialise and have fun on those beautiful summer evenings with natural light flooding in through the large bay windows. The space includes plenty of seating including two large sofa beds.

The spacious master bedroom includes a large Double bed, TV, Wardrobe, fireplace and Jack and Jill bathroom. This room is abundant in natural lighting thanks to two beautiful sash windows.

The second bedroom also has a large double bed, wardrobe and Tv. This rooms design features a quirky jungle wall which whilst aimed at the kids we know adults will equally enjoy!

The stunning family wet room comprises of a large rainfall shower, toilet, basin, underfloor heating, mood lighting and an electric mirror. This room really completes the accommodation as is has the ability to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after long days spent in the sun on Teignmouths beautiful sandy beaches. When arriving you are greeted with a wide and open entrance foyer. The apartment is on the ground floor however does include a few steps to enter the building.

Teignmouth is a bustling seaside town with its active harbour and regency style seafront and pier. The town offers an array of shops, bars, restaurants, patisseries and bakery's. Teignmouth offers a beautiful scenic coastline with walks leading to neighbouring town of Dawlish or catch the Teign Ferry to Shaldon village (£1.50 each way). Endless hiking and cycling options to suit all - Bike hire available at Haldon Forest. Dartmoor is a half hour drive out of town. Teignmouth Train Station is on the main line - Exeter day trip can be as little as half an hour.

Teignmouth itself offers fantastic transport links with easy access to the A380 on to the M5.
