The self contained Townhouse at Muntham has recently undergone an immense refurbishment and upgrade. It offers up to five guests huge amounts of space (about 118 square meters inside plus outside space). This means that families and friends travelling together can really spread out and enjoy a relaxing break away together. It has antiques, original artworks and a few curios that are sure to delight, intrigue and amuse.
The property has its own luxury hot tub which is for the exclusive use of guests of The Town House. It is set on a terrace surrounded by a private tropical garden which is accessed from the kitchen/diner.
Guests at the Town House also have access to Muntham's EV charging points which are provided for the exclusive use of the Town House and Apartments guests.
In terms of the accommodation itself, it is laid out on three floors, the lower level consists of a light bright kitchen / diner which has the added benefit of direct access out onto a terrace and garden. This space has all the equipment you would expect such as a modern electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. There is also a TV in the room. There is also a changing room with shower and toilet for guests wishing to use the hot tub.
On the floor above is a beautiful living room which features original wooden shutters and a tranquil calming palette of colours and sumptuous luxury Duresta sofas. Additionally, the room is furnished with antiques as well as original works of art. There is a large SMART TV here as well as the router for the WIFI network for the exclusive use of Town House guests. There is also a formal dining room on this level as well as a study area inspired by and featuring the works of local crime writing mega star Agatha Christie.
On the top floor are the bedrooms. The master bedroom overlooks the gardens at the rear of the property and benefits from distant sea glimpses. It has a luxury pocket sprung king sized bed (UK size 5 foot width). There is an ensuite shower room with large shower. The room also has the benefit of a flat screen SMART TV and a digital radio.
The second bedroom overlooks the front of the property and has a super king bed (UK size 6 foot width) which can be split to create two single beds. There are built in wardrobes with lots of hanging space and there is a flat screen SMART TV as well as a DAB radio.

There is a family bathroom with bath as well as separate shower.
As mentioned the outside space is accessed at kitchen level and includes the terrace where the hot tub is located. There is easy seating here and a dining table. Steps lead down from the terrace to the private town house garden planted with tropical shrubs and flowers.
We accept one dog in this apartment. It must be 12 months or older and must never be left unattended in the property. There is a charge of £10 per night for a dog. This will be added to the value of the booking prior to arrival.
All bedding and towels are included in the rate and for guests staying more than seven nights we offer a complimentary bedding and towel change plus a light clean.
There is a communal laundry room on site with coin operated washers and dryers. Guests are supplied with complimentary detergent. There are additional ironing facilities here too.
