Summary: The lady at the desk was told it was my husbands birthday. They said he could have a birthday drink & birthday card, there were also some balloons in the room. A lovely touch. Our only gripe was there was no hot water at all in the room. We went to get the person at the desk but after him trying to sort it out himself, checking the plumbing. He couldnt do it either. We had to go upstairs to shower. We were given a free breakfast because of all the hassle. When room 23 doesnt have have hot water then it shouldnt be let out. They also dont have lifts at this hotel. It was spotless,we came back to find a we we came back before
