From here you can enjoy spectacular views across the harbour to the historical market town of Christchurch or the Hengistbury Head nature reserve (accessible by a small ferry from Mudeford Quay). The sunsets across the harbour are not to be missed. Whether you are in the mood for a stroll in the salty air, soothed by the sound of the waves and the seabirds overhead, you want to sample the local seafood or try your hand at one of the many water sports on offer (to include paddleboarding, windsurfing and sailing), this holiday destination will charm your senses and provide food for the soul. The New Forest, with endless opportunities for roaming amongst the ponies, deer and birdlife, is accessible a short drive away.
