Welsh stone built holiday cottage with the River Ceri running past the paddock at the bottom of the garden - a comfortable home for holidays at any time of year. Sleeps 6 and welcomes 2 dogs. A bridge from the paddock leads into a green field beside the river (not fenced), which guests can use when not occupied by grazing animals - fresh country air, peace, tranquility and a great play area for children, dogs and grown ups too!Cardigan Bay coast is nearby with many lovely beaches.
Size – sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms.
Beds – One double, one twin(can be made as a king on request) and one single (with pull additional out bed on request.). Please specify how you would like the beds at the time of booking
Rooms – ground floor: kitchen, lounge, dining area, twin bedroom(can be made as king on request) with en-suite, utility room and cloakroom with WC. First floor: Double bedroom, single bedroom with pull-out bed, master bathroom with bath, shower over bath, WC and basin.
Kitchen and utilities – fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer.
Entertainment –TV, DVD, bluetooth speaker.
For families – travel cot and high chair available. Please bring your own cot linen.
Outside – enclosed garden, outdoor furniture, lawn area and additional fields to be used and enjoyed.
Parking – ample parking available.
General – heating and electricity included. Bed linen and towels provided. Tea, coffee and milk will be provided on arrival.
Pets – 2 dogs maximum; note animals may be grazing in the surrounding fields.
Notes – No smoking.
This property has a £150 good housekeeping refundable bond, which is payable to Best of Wales along with the balance of your holiday. Alternatively, you can waiver this bond by paying a non-refundable fee of £5 per person instead.
