Contemporary and stylish the apartment is open plan style with kitchen, dining, living and bedroom area and full height sliding doors to partition living and bedroom areas. Just a short distance is the cliff top and then two minutes walk to Alum Chine beach.
Fully fitted smart kitchen area including fridge, electric hob, oven, integrated microwave and slimline dishwasher. There is a separate washing and drying room in the basement of the apartment building. Kingsize double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Ensuite bathroom - walk-in wet room shower, sink and toilet.
