Positive: Easily accessible by bus, with stop direct to Temple Meads outside. Check-in instructions easy to follow. Facilities fairly basic but clean.

Negative: Lack of towel especially inconvenient. Steep winding stairs immediately outside my room, which wouldn't suit the less mobile.
