Positive: The second I looked in through the window before even entering the property, I turned and said to the wife, this is gorgeous, As we opened the door there was a pair of shoes at the door, and Phil the host was putting the Christmas tree lights on and the heating was set ready for us. I took one look at the place once inside and said this was there home and Phils a builder, It is gorgeous!!! Phil shown us the property etc and then a few local places etc and recommendations (which he wasn’t wrong on btw 👍) And he left us too it, but explained he lives next door and if we need anything to just knock ✊ lovely I thought Everything is really well thought of, From the under floor heating through the whole of down stairs under the tiles and real wooden floors, to the decor and fully tiled wet room, the beautiful kitchen with a Belfast sink and Aga style cooker, it really is a very homely warm safe environment. It was so nice, we immediately removed our shoes and we even lifted our suitcases off the floor, upstairs to the bedroom!!! I was in a training course for the week, and the wife came with me, I left her the car and my bank card to go and do what ever she liked. She went to the butchers (recommended by the lovely Sue) and she stayed home, cooking me the most amazing dinners and she said I just had some down time 😁 (Saved me a fortune 😂) I’ve really got to stress this, the photos do not even touch the surface on this place !! From the first impression to the last time we closed the door and handed the keys back, it was an absolute gem !!! And Phil and Sue are both lovely too !!! (I was right it had been there home and Phil is a semi retired builder 😄)
