This property boasts amazing views of the River Dart from the front of the cottage and from the multi-level garden and Summer House at the rear of the property. Kingswear village houses the scenic Steam Train where you can travel to Paignton and take a walk along the seafront, catch a bus to Brixham and visit Liberty's for an afternoon cocktail or take a forty minute drive to Totnes and enjoy pottery painting at China Blue. It's a fantastic location offering a village environment within close proximity to the busy towns. Sleeps: Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms Beds: 1 King (5'), 1 Double (4'6") Rooms: Ground Floor: Open plan kitchen and diner, lounge, utility, bathroom. First Floor: Master bedroom, double bedroom with ensuite, entrance to back garden. Kitchen and Utilities: Electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Entertainment: 42" TV, DVD player, Amazon Fire Stick. For Families: Baby equipment is not provided however, you may bring your own. Please be aware this property is not suitable for children under the age of 10 due to the steep steps in and outside of the property. Outside: Multi-tiered garden at the rear of the property with spectacular sea views. There is a Summer House at the top of the garden with a barbeque. Please be aware the steps in the garden are steep. Parking: A parking permit is available for 1 car for the duration of the stay. This will entitle you to one space in the Darthaven Marina car park a short walk from the property. Spaces are on a first come first serve basis. General: Wifi Provided. Heating and electricity included in rent. No Smoking. No Pets. Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
