Positive: Property was easy to reach and handy for the 80th party that we where attending. Small local shop around the corner. Plenty of parking on site, the house has an upside down layout so although the weather wasn't the best we could watch what was going on. Over all pleasant place to stay and handy for the party and catch up with family
