Summary: When booking my sister in law asked specifically that our three rooms should have river views. On arrival we found my husband and I had been given the disabled room, with no view at all. Somewhat disappointing as this was our annual family reunion and we had booked at least five months in advance. Also the basin in the bathroom was very small and low and there was no shelving to put wash bags anywhere.
